Fact Files
Opera A story told completely by singing. Musicals have songs too but also spoken dialogue Opera singers don't use microphones and yet fill the largest opera houses with just their voice alone . The national opera house in most countries  is usually a very grand building.

Sydney Opera House

Question Ireland has a national opera house . Can you find out where it is .  It isn't in
Dublin

This is a clip from Carmen when the Toreadors( Bullfighters ) come into town with everyone shouting and cheering.

Finally , pop super-star David Bowie died this week.
Considered by many to be a genius He had many hits and always tried to be different  to other pop stars in his stage clothes and music  This is one of my favourite hits https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muMcWMKPEWQ
